Who does this

Every game goes through one pair of hands.

I have collected myself since 2018. I know what a real label looks like, whether a Pokémon save survives the console being switched off, and how to spot a fake EEPROM. That is why I test every game before it goes out the door.

Shipped from the Netherlands

  • Your order leaves our own stock in Enter, the Netherlands, and travels to you with PostNL — always tracked, so you know exactly where your parcel is.
  • There are no customs borders inside the EU: no customs, no import duties, no extra VAT. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount.
  • Not what you hoped for after all? Send it back within 30 days to our Dutch address — more generous than the 14 days the law requires.
Delivery time across the EU3-8 business days

We ship exclusively from the Netherlands. Your parcel therefore crosses a border: it takes longer than a domestic delivery, and shipping costs more than it would at a seller in your own country.

Why does shipping abroad cost this much?

Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — €4.40, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the €14.95 – €19.95 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.

That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship via PostNL to all 27 EU countries — from Germany, France, Italy and Spain to Poland, Greece and everywhere in between. International orders always include Track & Trace. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days to neighbouring countries and 4-8 business days further afield. Outside the EU we ship to the United States, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Canada and Puerto Rico — each with its own page with the rules. Not to the United Kingdom.

What does international shipping cost?

From €14.95 for 1-3 games (letterbox-sized, tracked) and €21.95 for consoles or 4+ items (parcel) to Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Luxembourg; slightly more for countries further away. We ship from the Netherlands, so your parcel crosses a border — that is why shipping costs more and takes longer than a domestic delivery. The exact rate for your country is shown at checkout — and that is exactly what you pay.

Are there any customs or import fees?

Not inside the EU: free movement of goods, no customs duties, no import VAT — the price at checkout is the final price, and we operate under the margin scheme, so no extra VAT on the sale price. Outside the EU the destination country may charge import tax on delivery: Australia and New Zealand only above 1,000 dollars, Switzerland and Liechtenstein from roughly CHF 62, Singapore only above S$400 including shipping, Israel only above US$75 in goods value, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia on every parcel (VAT of 5% and 15%), Qatar only above QAR 1,000, Kuwait usually 5% duty, Canada only above CA$20 (GST/HST), Hong Kong never; for the United States and Puerto Rico the import duties are added at checkout, so nothing is due at the door. Each country page explains the rules.

How can I pay from abroad?

Through Mollie, a payment provider regulated by the Dutch Central Bank. At checkout you will see the payment methods available in your own country — credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay everywhere, Klarna in most countries, plus the local option where there is one: Przelewy24 and BLIK in Poland, Multibanco and MB WAY in Portugal, Satispay and Bancomat Pay in Italy, EPS in Austria, Bancontact in Belgium, Swish in Sweden. The payment page automatically appears in your own language. Prices are shown in euros; if your country does not use the euro — Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Hungary or Romania — checkout converts to your own currency at the day rate, which is what makes Klarna, Swish and BLIK work there. Our shops for the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, Liechtenstein, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Canada and Puerto Rico show prices and charge in their own currency (USD, AUD, NZD, HKD, CHF, SGD, ILS, AED, CAD) at a fixed shop rate. The shops for Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait charge in euros; on the product page, in the cart and at checkout you see the approximate amount in your own currency.

Are the games authentic?

Every cartridge is personally tested and checked for authenticity before it goes online — label finish, product code, weight and a working save function, plus the security screw and the board inside on Game Boy cartridges. We have been doing this since 2019, with 1400+ verified reviews at a 4.8★ average. If you ever receive a fake from us: money back.

Do PAL games from the Netherlands work on my console?

Yes. Game Boy, GBC, GBA and DS have no region lock; 3DS, N64, GameCube, Wii and Wii U do, but our PAL games are the European editions — they run on any console sold in the EU. Product pages mention the region (PAL/USA/JAP) for every item.

Can I play the games in my own language?

That depends on the game, and we only claim what is certain. Pokémon: every edition up to and including the DS (Game Boy to Black 2/White 2) runs in one language per cartridge — our copies are the English edition unless the name says otherwise (French edition, Japanese edition). Only from X/Y on the 3DS, and on the Switch, does the European edition let you pick the language at start-up: English, French, German, Spanish or Italian — Pokémon has never been released in any other European language. For other games the language is listed in the specifications on the product page as soon as it is established ("Language: English", "Five languages"); if nothing is listed, ask us in the chat — we check the cartridge before shipping.

What about returns?

You have 30 days to return your order — more generous than the 14-day EU legal minimum. Send us a message or an email and we will sort it out together; you always get a personal reply, usually within a few hours.
