I have collected myself since 2018. I know what a real label looks like, whether a Pokémon save survives the console being switched off, and how to spot a fake EEPROM. That is why I test every game before it goes out the door.

Will it play on my console?
Our games are European PAL editions. Consoles from several regions are sold in Kuwait, and region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console. Region-free systems play every edition: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5. Not sure about your console? Ask us in the chat.
Power & plugs
Consoles come with a European power supply (230 V); Kuwait’s 240 V mains is fine for it. Only the plug differs: a travel adapter for the British-style Type G socket is all you need.
Payment
You pay in euros — Credit card or PayPal. Mollie does not process Kuwaiti dinars; next to every price you see the approximate amount in dinars, and your card converts the euro amount at its own rate.
Returns
30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.

Kuwait has no VAT; Kuwaiti customs usually charges 5% import duty on the value of the goods, collected by Kuwait Post before delivery — it is not included in the price at checkout.
Why does shipping abroad cost this much?
Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — €4.40, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the €35.95 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.
That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.

Do you ship to Kuwait?
Yes. Every order leaves our stock in Enter, the Netherlands, on the next working day and travels with PostNL, delivered by Kuwait Post — always tracked to your door. Delivery time 13-26 business days: Kuwait is our slowest destination, because parcels wait longer at customs there. Your area, block, street and building go in the address, together with the five-digit postal code of your area (13001 for Kuwait City, for example).
What does shipping to Kuwait cost?
€35.95 for 1-3 games and €53.95 for a console or 4+ items. That is the PostNL rate for an international parcel plus packaging; there is no free shipping to Kuwait. You see the exact amount in your cart as soon as you choose Kuwait — and that is exactly what you pay.
Will I pay VAT or customs duty?
Kuwait has no VAT, so none is added. Kuwaiti customs usually charges 5% import duty on the value of the goods; Kuwait Post collects it before delivery. It is not included in the price at checkout.
How can I pay from Kuwait?
Through Mollie, a payment provider regulated by the Dutch Central Bank: Credit card or PayPal, and on your phone Apple Pay and Google Pay. Mollie does not process Kuwaiti dinars, so you pay in euros — next to every price you see the approximate amount in dinars, and your card converts the euro amount at its own rate. Are the games authentic?
Every cartridge is personally tested and checked for authenticity before it goes online — label finish, product code, weight and a working save function, plus the security screw and the board inside on Game Boy cartridges. If you ever receive a fake from us: money back.
Do PAL games from the Netherlands work on my console in Kuwait?
That depends on the console. Our games are European PAL editions, and consoles from several regions are sold in Kuwait. Region-free systems play every edition: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5.
