Australia is outside the EU. Orders up to A$1,000 in value clear customs without GST or duty: we are not registered for Australian GST, so nothing is added. Above A$1,000, Australian Border Force charges 10% GST on the goods and shipping (plus duty where it applies) and an import processing charge, which Australia Post collects before delivery. None of this is included in the price at checkout.
Our games are European PAL editions. Australia and New Zealand share that Nintendo region with Europe, so they run on local consoles — including the region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES). Game Boy, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5 are region-free anyway.
Consoles come with a European power supply (230 V), the same voltage as Australia. Only the plug differs: a simple travel adapter for the Australian Type I socket is all you need.
You pay in Australian dollars — Credit card or PayPal. The amount at checkout is what your card or PayPal is charged, at our fixed shop rate; your bank converts nothing.
30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.
We ship from the Netherlands: your parcel crosses the world, so it takes longer and costs more than a domestic delivery. Orders up to A$1,000 clear Australian customs without GST or duty; above that, Border Force charges 10% GST (plus duty where it applies) and an import processing charge before delivery — none of it is included in the price at checkout.
Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — A$7.14, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the A$66.41 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.
That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.

The price you see is the price you are charged, in Australian dollars — our prices follow the ECB exchange rate at a fixed shop rate. Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and your bank converts nothing.

You have 30 days to return your order — more generous than the 14-day EU legal minimum. Send us a message and we will sort it out together; the return goes to our address in the Netherlands.
