Yes. Every order leaves our stock in Enter, the Netherlands, on the next working day and travels to Singapore with PostNL, delivered by SingPost — always tracked to your door. Delivery time 6-10 business days. At checkout you fill in your six-digit postal code.

S$51.75 for 1-3 games and S$77.66 for a console or 4+ items. That is the PostNL rate for an international parcel plus packaging; there is no free shipping to Singapore. You see the exact amount in your cart as soon as you choose Singapore — and that is exactly what you pay.

Not if your parcel is worth S$400 or less in total, shipping included: we are not registered for Singapore GST, so the import relief for postal and air shipments applies and nothing is added. Above S$400, Singapore charges 9% GST on the whole value (goods plus shipping); SingPost collects it before delivery, sometimes with a small handling fee. Customs duty is only levied on liquor, tobacco, motor vehicles and fuel — never on games, consoles or cards. None of this is included in the price at checkout.

Through Mollie, a payment provider regulated by the Dutch Central Bank: Credit card or PayPal, and on your phone Apple Pay and Google Pay. You pay in Singapore dollars at our fixed shop rate — your bank converts nothing. The payment page appears in English.

Every cartridge is personally tested and checked for authenticity before it goes online — label finish, product code, weight and a working save function, plus the security screw and the board inside on Game Boy cartridges. If you ever receive a fake from us: money back.

That depends on the console. Our games are European PAL editions, and consoles from every region are in use in Singapore. Region-free systems play every edition: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5. Region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console. Product pages state the region for every item; ask us in the chat if you are not sure.

Yes. Consoles come with a European power supply for 230 V — the same voltage as Singapore. Only the plug shape differs: a travel adapter for the British-style Type G socket is all you need, no voltage converter.

You have 30 days to return your order — more generous than the 14-day EU legal minimum. Send us a message and we will sort it out together; the return goes to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form “returned goods” so no Dutch import tax is charged. If something does not work, the return is on us.
