Yes. Every order leaves our stock in Enter, the Netherlands, on the next working day and travels with PostNL, delivered by SPL (Saudi Post) — always tracked to your door. Delivery time 7-16 business days. At checkout you fill in your five-digit postal code and the short address of your National Address: four letters and four digits, e.g. RRRD2929 — you find it in the SPL or Absher app. SPL delivers to that address.

€35.95 for 1-3 games and €53.95 for a console or 4+ items. That is the PostNL rate for an international parcel plus packaging; there is no free shipping to Saudi Arabia. You see the exact amount in your cart as soon as you choose Saudi Arabia — and that is exactly what you pay.

Online purchases worth less than SAR 1,000 in total, shipping included, are free of customs duty — but Saudi VAT of 15% still applies, and ZATCA may add a small customs service fee. From SAR 1,000, customs duty (usually 5%) is added on top of the VAT. SPL collects it before delivery; none of it is included in the price at checkout.

Through Mollie, a payment provider regulated by the Dutch Central Bank: Credit card or PayPal, and on your phone Apple Pay and Google Pay. Mollie does not process Saudi riyals, so you pay in euros — next to every price you see the approximate amount in riyals, and your card converts the euro amount at its own rate. The payment page appears in English.

Every cartridge is personally tested and checked for authenticity before it goes online — label finish, product code, weight and a working save function, plus the security screw and the board inside on Game Boy cartridges. If you ever receive a fake from us: money back.

That depends on the console. Our games are European PAL editions, and consoles from several regions are sold in the Kingdom. Region-free systems play every edition: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5. Region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console. Product pages state the region for every item; ask us in the chat if you are not sure.

Yes. Consoles come with a European power supply for 230 V — the same voltage as Saudi Arabia, and the 60 Hz frequency is no problem for them. Only the plug shape differs: a travel adapter for the British-style Type G socket is all you need, no voltage converter.

You have 30 days to return your order — more generous than the 14-day EU legal minimum. Send us a message and we will sort it out together; the return goes to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form “returned goods” so no Dutch import tax is charged. If something does not work, the return is on us.
