What you can expect when you order from here, in short:
- Tracked PostNL parcel from the Netherlands: €35.95 for 1-3 games, €53.95 for a console or 4+ items — delivered in 7-16 business days.
- Saudi Arabia is outside the EU. Online purchases worth less than SAR 1,000 in total, shipping included, are free of customs duty — but Saudi VAT of 15% still applies, sometimes with a small customs service fee from ZATCA. From SAR 1,000, customs duty (usually 5%) is added on top. SPL collects it before delivery; it is not included in the price at checkout. SPL delivers to your National Address, which is why checkout asks for your short address (4 letters and 4 digits, e.g. RRRD2929).
- You pay in euros — Credit card or PayPal. Mollie does not process Saudi riyals; next to every price you see the approximate amount in riyals, and your card converts the euro amount at its own rate.
- 30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.
- Our games are European PAL editions. Consoles from several regions are sold in Saudi Arabia, and region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console.
