We ship exclusively from the Netherlands. Your parcel therefore crosses a border: it takes longer than a domestic delivery, and shipping costs more than it would at a seller in your own country.
Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — €4.40, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the €14.95 – €19.95 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.
That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.

A booster is a sealed pack of 10 cards from one set. A sleeved booster is that same pack in an additional sealed sleeve. A blister bundles one or more boosters with an exclusive promo card you cannot pull from a pack.
They are different purchases. Sealed is the opening moment and the long game: the contents are a surprise, and sealed product from closed sets is not reprinted. A single is the shortest route to exactly the card you are missing — you know the card and its condition before you pay.
Three things: rarity (which card, which set, which print run), condition (corners, scratches, centering — small differences make big price differences) and demand. For certainty about condition, collectors have cards graded by PSA or CGC: an objective grade makes the value comparable.
