Are the consoles tested and working?
Yes. Every console is personally tested before it goes up for sale — screen, buttons, battery or power, speakers and the card reader. We describe the condition honestly on the product page ("Good" or "Reasonable condition"). We have been doing this since 2019, with 1400+ verified reviews at 5.0★.
Which Nintendo consoles do you have?
Handhelds from the Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance through the DS, 3DS and 2DS families, plus home consoles and the Switch. Stock changes constantly because every unit is a one-off — check the shop for what is available right now.
Will a PAL console from the Netherlands work in my country?
Yes, across the EU. Our consoles are PAL units, identical to the ones sold in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia and the rest of Europe — same power standard, same region. Older Nintendo handhelds are region-free anyway, so imported cartridges generally work too.
Do you ship to my country, and what does it cost?
We ship to all 27 EU countries with track & trace. Consoles go as a parcel: from €21,95 to Germany, France, Italy and Spain, €23,95 to Denmark, €28,95 to Sweden and €25,95 to Poland. Individual games start at €14,95. The exact rate for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
Are there any customs charges or import fees?
No. We ship from within the European Union, so there are no customs formalities or import duties anywhere in the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final price — nothing is added on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most EU orders arrive within 3-6 working days depending on the country, and you get a tracking code as soon as the parcel leaves. Anything unusual, just message us — you reach the owner directly, not a call centre.
What about returns and warranty?
You have 30 days to return an order — more generous than the 14 days EU law requires. If a console turns out not to work as described, we sort it out together. One person runs this shop, so you always talk to someone who knows your order.
