Who does this

Every game goes through one pair of hands.

I’ve been collecting since 2018. I know what a real label looks like, whether a Pokémon save survives the console being switched off, and how to spot a fake EEPROM. That’s why I test every game before it goes out the door.

Shipping rates & delivery time to Singapore

1 game

S$15.83

From this rate: a single game as a tracked PostNL letterbox packet, handed over to SingPost. A boxed N64 or SNES game is priced by its weight.

More games or a handheld

S$37.28

At most this, up to 2 kg — priced by weight, so a second game adds only a little. Always tracked to your door and handed over to SingPost.

Home consoles or heavier parcels

S$77.73

The larger parcel (2-5 kg), tracked as well — home consoles travel boxed and padded.

Pokémon cards (up to 12)

S$15.83

More cards ride along free — up to 12 ship for this one charge.

Ordering from Singapore — the rules

What you want to know before you buy: customs, console region, power, payment and returns — no small print.

Customs & GST

Singapore is outside the EU. If your parcel is worth S$400 or less in total, shipping included, no GST or duty is added: we are not registered for Singapore GST, so the import relief for postal and air shipments applies. Above S$400, Singapore charges 9% GST on the whole value (goods plus shipping), collected by SingPost before delivery, sometimes with a small handling fee. None of this is included in the price at checkout. Singapore only levies customs duty on liquor, tobacco, motor vehicles and fuel — not on games, consoles or cards.

Will it play on my console?

Our games are European PAL editions. Consoles from every region are in use in Singapore — Asian, Japanese, American and European — and region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console. Region-free systems play every edition: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5. Not sure about your console? Ask us in the chat.

Power & plugs

Consoles come with a European power supply (230 V), the same voltage as Singapore. Only the plug differs: a travel adapter for the British-style Type G socket is all you need.

Payment

You pay in Singapore dollars — credit card or PayPal. The amount at checkout is what your card or PayPal is charged, at our fixed shop rate; your bank converts nothing.

Returns

30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.

Which language will I play in?

Our cartridges are the English edition unless the name says otherwise (German edition, Japanese edition). Up to and including the DS, every Pokémon game runs in one language per cartridge; from X/Y on the 3DS and on the Switch you choose at start-up between English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Korean, and from Sun & Moon also Chinese — Pokémon has never been released in any other language. For other games the product page lists the language as soon as it is established; if nothing is listed, ask us in the chat.

Shipped from the Netherlands

  • Your order leaves our own stock in Enter, the Netherlands, and travels to you with PostNL — always tracked, so you know exactly where your parcel is.

Delivery time to Singapore5-9 business days

We ship from the Netherlands: your parcel crosses the world, so it takes longer and costs more than a domestic delivery. Parcels worth up to S$400 in total (shipping included) arrive without GST or duty — we are not registered for Singapore GST, so the import relief applies. Above S$400, 9% GST is charged on the whole value and collected by SingPost before delivery — it is not included in the price at checkout.

Why does shipping to Singapore cost more than at home?

Inside the Netherlands a single game fits in a small tracked packet for S$9.17. To Singapore that same tracked packet costs from S$15.83. The difference is the route: halfway around the world, through Singapore customs, and with SingPost to your door — PostNL charges for every step of it.

That amount covers the PostNL rate plus the packaging: a padded mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. Several games share one parcel, priced by weight — a second game adds only a little. We never drop the tracking: on a parcel that travels halfway around the world, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.

You pay in Singapore dollars

The price you see is the price you are charged, in Singapore dollars — our prices follow the ECB exchange rate at a fixed shop rate. Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and your bank converts nothing.

Frequently asked from Singapore

Do you ship to Singapore?

Yes. Every order leaves our stock in Enter, the Netherlands, on the next working day and travels to Singapore with PostNL, delivered by SingPost — always tracked to your door. Delivery time 5-9 business days. At checkout you fill in your six-digit postal code.

What does shipping to Singapore cost?

From S$15.83 for one game, at most S$37.28 for more games or a handheld console (up to 2 kg, priced by weight) and S$77.73 for a home console or anything heavier; loose Pokémon cards S$15.83 for up to a dozen. A single game or a few cards travel as a tracked PostNL letterbox packet, anything bigger as a tracked packet or parcel. There is no free shipping to Singapore. You see the exact amount in your cart as soon as you choose Singapore — and that is exactly what you pay.

Will I pay GST or customs duty?

Not if your parcel is worth S$400 or less in total, shipping included: we are not registered for Singapore GST, so the import relief for postal and air shipments applies and nothing is added. Above S$400, Singapore charges 9% GST on the whole value (goods plus shipping); SingPost collects it before delivery, sometimes with a small handling fee. Customs duty is only levied on liquor, tobacco, motor vehicles and fuel — never on games, consoles or cards. None of this is included in the price at checkout.

How can I pay from Singapore?

Through Mollie, a payment provider regulated by the Dutch Central Bank: credit card or PayPal, and on your phone Apple Pay and Google Pay. You pay in Singapore dollars at our fixed shop rate — your bank converts nothing. The payment page appears in English.

Are the games authentic?

Every cartridge is personally tested and checked for authenticity before it goes online — label finish, product code, weight and a working save function, plus the security screw and the board inside on Game Boy cartridges. If you ever receive a fake from us: money back.

Do PAL games from the Netherlands work on my console in Singapore?

That depends on the console. Our games are European PAL editions, and consoles from every region are in use in Singapore. Region-free systems play every edition: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5. Region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console. Product pages state the region for every item; ask us in the chat if you are not sure.

Do the consoles work on Singapore power?

Yes. Consoles come with a European power supply for 230 V — the same voltage as Singapore. Only the plug shape differs: a travel adapter for the British-style Type G socket is all you need, no voltage converter.

What about returns from Singapore?

You have 30 days to return your order. Send us a message and we will sort it out together; the return goes to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form “returned goods” so no Dutch import tax is charged. If something does not work, the return is on us.
