Who does this
I have collected myself since 2018. I know what a real label looks like, whether a Pokémon save survives the console being switched off, and how to spot a fake EEPROM. That is why I test every game before it goes out the door.
Ordering from the United States
The US market is full of reproduction cartridges and “untested” listings. Here every copy has been through one pair of hands — and the price you see is the price you pay, duties included.
That is also why a copy here costs more than a loose marketplace listing: you are paying for a cartridge that has been opened, tested and photographed before it was listed, with money back if it ever turns out fake — not for a “works, untested” gamble.
Every cartridge is opened and checked before it goes online: label print, product code, board and chip, weight, and a working save. Never a reproduction. If a game ever turns out fake, you get your money back.
Game Boy, Game Boy Color, GBA, DS and Switch cartridges have no region lock, so our European copies play on American hardware — in English. Region-locked systems (N64, GameCube, Wii, 3DS) need our NTSC-U copies, marked in the title.
Every price is in US dollars at a fixed shop rate — your bank converts nothing, and no sales tax is added. US import duty (12.5% on games and consoles, 10% on English Pokémon cards) is the only extra: added at checkout and prepaid, so nothing is due at the door, ever.
PostNL international parcel, insured and tracked door to door, handed to USPS for the last mile: $38.05 for 1-3 games, $59.35 for a console or 4+ items, delivered in 6-10 business days.
Lenn tests, photographs and packs every order himself — a registered Dutch business (KvK 93642474) in Enter, the Netherlands, with 1400+ verified buyer reviews on Marktplaats (the Dutch eBay) at a 4.8★ average.
Not what you expected? You have 30 days to send it back, tracked (return postage at your own cost — unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, then we pay it). A question before or after you order gets a personal answer by chat or e-mail, usually within a few hours — we are on Central European Time, six hours ahead of New York, so an evening message is answered the next morning.
Nintendo handhelds and the Switch never had a region lock; the home consoles up to the Wii U and the 3DS family do. Every product page repeats this for that exact copy.
* Nintendo DS: Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 are DSi-enhanced: on a DSi, 3DS or 2DS they are region-locked, on a DS or DS Lite they play.

Official PostNL rates (2026). US import duty is calculated per item, added at checkout and prepaid — nothing on delivery. No free shipping to the US: a parcel across the ocean always costs postage.
Delivered to your door
Three example orders in US dollars: the games, the tracked PostNL parcel to the US, and the import duty we prepay for you. The total is what you pay at checkout — nothing is due on delivery.
Example prices. Duty is 12.5% on games and consoles, 10% on English and European Pokémon cards and nothing on manuals, guides and posters — the checkout shows the exact amount per item before you pay.
We ship from the Netherlands: your parcel crosses the ocean, so it takes longer and costs more than a domestic delivery. US import duties are calculated at checkout and prepaid — nothing is due on delivery.
Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — $4.93, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the $38.05 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.
That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.
You pay in US dollars
The price you see is the price you are charged, in US dollars — our dollar prices follow the ECB exchange rate. Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work, and your bank converts nothing.

Every item is personally tested and checked for authenticity — and every grid shows what we have in stock today.
Show all 9 categoriesAuthentic — we never sell reproductions ("repros"). Every cartridge is personally checked before it goes online: label finish, product code, weight and a working save, plus the security screw and the board inside on Game Boy cartridges. We have been doing this since 2019, with 1400+ verified buyer reviews on Marktplaats (the Dutch eBay) at a 4.8★ average. If you ever receive a fake from us: money back.
Because you know what you get. On a marketplace the seller is a stranger and "untested" or "works" is all you are told; here one person opens every cartridge before it is listed — label print, product code, board and chip, weight, a working save — photographs that exact copy and packs it himself. No reproductions, no third-party sellers. 1400+ verified reviews since 2019 are the track record, and if a game ever turns out fake you get your money back.
Yes — every order ships tracked via PostNL from the Netherlands to all fifty states, in 6-10 business days. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and that is exactly what you pay.
$38.05 for a small parcel (1-3 games) and $59.35 for a full parcel (a console or 4+ items), always with door-to-door tracking. Two or three games share one shipping charge.
The United States charges import duty on every parcel from abroad since 2025. We settle it for you: the duty is calculated per item, by where it was made — 12.5% on games, consoles and Japanese cards (made in Japan or China), 10% on English and European Pokémon cards (printed in the EU) and none on printed manuals, guides and posters — and added at checkout, where you see the exact amount before you pay. PostNL delivers the parcel duties-paid: nothing is due at the door and the carrier never sends you a bill.
Yes. Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Switch cartridges have no region lock, so a European (PAL) cartridge plays on a US console exactly like a US cartridge. One exception: Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 and White 2 are DSi-enhanced and therefore region-locked on a DSi, 3DS or 2DS — on an original DS or DS Lite they play regardless of region.
No. Those systems are region-locked: a European (PAL) cartridge or disc does not play on an American (NTSC) console. We do stock US copies of some of these games — they are marked NTSC-U in the title, and every product page says in plain words whether that copy plays on a US console.
Yes, unless the product name says otherwise (German edition, Japanese edition). Up to and including the DS every Pokémon game runs in one language per cartridge, and our copies are the English edition; on the Switch the European edition lets you pick English at start-up. The box and manual are the European print, with the PEGI rating instead of the ESRB one.
Through Mollie, a payment provider regulated by the Dutch Central Bank. At checkout you pay with Credit card or PayPal — and with Apple Pay or Google Pay on your phone — in US dollars. Every price in this shop is in dollars, and the amount you see is exactly what is charged: our dollar prices follow the ECB exchange rate (we only move them when the rate shifts by more than 1%), so your bank converts nothing. No sales tax is added — the import duty, shown per item, is the only extra. Prefer to pay in euros? You can switch at checkout.
Your parcel leaves our own stock in Enter, a village in the east of the Netherlands (European Union), and crosses the Atlantic by PostNL international parcel — tracked door to door, insured, and handed to USPS for the last mile. That service is priced per parcel by PostNL, not by us, and it includes the customs paperwork: the US import duty is calculated per item at checkout and prepaid, so nothing is due at the door. Two or three games share one shipping charge, which is why most US customers order a few titles at once.
The shipping e-mail carries your PostNL tracking number. It follows the parcel door to door: through the Netherlands, across the Atlantic and — once it has been handed to USPS — up to your mailbox. You can also follow it from the order page on this site, and ask us in the chat at any point.
You have 30 days to return your order. Send us a message or an e-mail and we will sort it out together — a personal reply, usually within a few hours. The return goes back to the Netherlands by tracked post; the return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake — then we pay it, and you get the full amount back.
