We ship from the Netherlands: your parcel crosses the world, so it takes longer and costs more than a domestic delivery. Kuwait has no VAT; Kuwaiti customs usually charges 5% import duty on the value of the goods, collected by Kuwait Post before delivery — it is not included in the price at checkout.
On your console in Kuwait: European (PAL) console: made for 230 V, and Kuwait's 240 V mains is fine for it (only the plug differs) — it plays European games, and region-free ones from anywhere.
Kuwait is outside the EU and has no VAT. Kuwaiti customs usually charges 5% import duty on the value of the goods; Kuwait Post collects it before delivery. It is not included in the price at checkout. You pay in euros — Credit card or PayPal. Mollie does not process Kuwaiti dinars; next to every price you see the approximate amount in dinars, and your card converts the euro amount at its own rate.
Why does shipping abroad cost this much?
Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — €4.40, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the €35.95 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.
That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.
Without you there would be nothing to grow. Every order that comes in here is the reason this shop can get bigger — and the reason I can keep doing this.

About this product
Nintendo DSi Pokemon White Version Edition (Reshiram & Zekrom) — a classic from the Pokémon series, among the most sought-after Nintendo games there are.
The European Reshiram & Zekrom edition of 4 March 2011, the launch bundle of Pokémon White — the white version; the black one went with Pokémon Black.
Powered on and tested before shipping: screen, buttons and charging checked. Clear signs of use, described honestly — technically flawless. This console has a touchscreen with stylus. The included stylus is not always the original Nintendo one — it may also be a well-fitting replacement stylus; it works exactly the same on the screen.
The Nintendo DS came out in 2004: dual screen, touchscreen and microphone — over 154 million sold worldwide. On original hardware the whole library runs the way it was meant to — no emulator stutter, no input lag.
Who is this for? Players who want to relive the retro era, parents passing their childhood on to their kids, and collectors completing their Nintendo DS collection.
European (PAL) console: made for 230 V, and Kuwait's 240 V mains is fine for it (only the plug differs) — it plays European games, and region-free ones from anywhere. Every item passes our authenticity check (shell, board, Nintendo markings) and a function test — you're buying 100% original Nintendo.
Shipped from the Netherlands with PostNL tracking to Kuwait: from €53.95; no VAT in Kuwait, customs usually charges 5% duty on delivery. 30-day returns.

Seen it cheaper elsewhere?
For most titles there’s also a private listing online, sometimes a few euros cheaper. The difference isn’t in the title, but in the copy itself and in everything around it.

Why you still remember this
Two screens, and everyone had one
Flipping it open on the train, the stylus you’d lost within a week, and that one game where you had to blow into the microphone. In every playground there was one lying on a wall somewhere.
One copy, this copy. These consoles haven’t been made for years; what’s still going around comes from drawers and boxes in the attic.

What we see with Nintendo DS consoles
Our experience
With a second-hand console, the difference rarely lies in the electronics and almost always in what moves or lights up: both screens, the buttons, the hinge and the charging. Those are exactly the points we check on every device before it is shipped.
Our tip
With a second-hand device, look above all at the screen and the hinge — buttons and a power supply can still be replaced later, a screen or hinge is a lot harder.
About this specific copy
This copy is in "Playable condition" — second-hand and fully working, but with visible wear: signs of use on the casing and scratches on the screen, which is therefore not scratch-free. Our grading is conservative.

About the Nintendo DS
The Nintendo DS (2004) is, with 154 million units sold, Nintendo’s best-selling handheld ever. The platform runs everything on two screens — an ordinary LCD at the top and a touchscreen at the bottom. That dual-screen design made games like Brain Training, Nintendogs and Pokémon HeartGold possible that would not work anywhere else.
- More than 1,800 physical games released — the largest library of any Nintendo handheld.
- Backwards compatible with Game Boy Advance cartridges (original DS and DS Lite, not DSi and 3DS).
- Cartridges are virtually indestructible: flash memory instead of battery saves on most titles.
- Pokémon HeartGold, SoulSilver, Platinum and Diamond/Pearl have become collector’s items — loose cartridges too.
Our tip: With second-hand DS games: check whether the cartridge colour matches the title (standard dark grey; HeartGold and SoulSilver black with an infrared window, DSi-enhanced titles such as Pokémon Black and White white) and the back — a sharply printed Nintendo logo is the first sign that a DS cartridge is original.
