Shipping to Kuwait

Small parcel (1-3 games), tracked: €35.95
Parcel (console / 4+ items), tracked: €53.95
Delivery time: 13-26 working days

We ship from the Netherlands: your parcel crosses the world, so it takes longer and costs more than a domestic delivery. Kuwait has no VAT; Kuwaiti customs usually charges 5% import duty on the value of the goods, collected by Kuwait Post before delivery — it is not included in the price at checkout.

On your console in Kuwait: Nintendo Switch games have no region lock, so this European (PAL) edition plays on any Nintendo Switch, whatever region it is from.

Kuwait is outside the EU and has no VAT. Kuwaiti customs usually charges 5% import duty on the value of the goods; Kuwait Post collects it before delivery. It is not included in the price at checkout. You pay in euros — Credit card or PayPal. Mollie does not process Kuwaiti dinars; on the product page, in your cart and at checkout you see the approximate total in dinars, and your card converts the euro amount at its own rate.

Why does shipping abroad cost this much?

Inside the Netherlands a single game fits through the letterbox — €4.40, tracking included. That service stops at the border. Anything leaving the country goes with PostNL as an international parcel, which is a different and considerably more expensive service. That is where the €35.95 comes from: the border itself is not what costs money, the cheap service simply ends there.

That amount covers the PostNL rate to your country plus the packaging: bubble mailer or box, an antistatic sleeve for the cartridge, and tape. We never drop the tracking — on a parcel that crosses a border, shipping without proof of delivery is a risk for both of us.

Without you there would be nothing to grow. Every order that comes in here is the reason this shop can get bigger — and the reason I can keep doing this.

Seen it cheaper elsewhere?

For most titles there’s also a private listing online, sometimes a few euros cheaper. The difference isn’t in the title, but in the copy itself and in everything around it.

Is it really sealed?: Here: Seal, factory wrap, production code and weight checked — not opened, not resealed.; Private seller: A reseal with new wrap is impossible to spot in a photo.
If it disappoints?: Here: 30-day cooling-off period, and a 60-day warranty.; Private seller: No right of withdrawal: consumer law doesn’t apply between private individuals. Buyer protection only covers the first 48 hours after delivery; after that you’re on your own.
Who’s behind it?: Here: One person, who has held this copy personally and answers your question personally.; Private seller: Varies per listing.

Please note

About the Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch (2017) is Nintendo’s hybrid platform — it plays both on the TV and in handheld mode. With well over 150 million units sold and a library of 12,000+ titles (physical + digital), the Switch is, together with the DS, the best-selling Nintendo platform ever. The Switch 2 (June 2025) plays almost the entire Switch library, so a cartridge bought today stays usable.

Hybrid design — TV (1080p) or handheld (720p) in the same console.
Cartridges do not wear out: a second-hand Switch game plays exactly like a new one.
The Switch 2 is backwards compatible with almost all Switch games.
Exclusive hits: Zelda Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Our tip: Physical or digital? Physical Switch cartridges can be resold (they are not tied to an account) and work on the Switch 2. For long-term ownership, physical is the smartest choice.
