- Israel is outside the EU. If the goods in your parcel are worth US$75 or less, you pay nothing: personal imports up to that value are exempt, and shipping does not count towards it. From US$75 up to US$500, customs duty is waived but Israel charges 18% VAT (and purchase tax where it applies), collected by Israel Post before delivery together with a handling fee. Above US$500 the parcel is treated as a regular import, and customs duty and purchase tax can be added. Parcels from the same sender within 72 hours count together. - 30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.
- Our games are European PAL editions. Consoles from Europe, the US and Japan are all in use in Israel, and region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console. Will this work on my console?
Region-locked, from the PAL/NTSC era: our copies are European PAL releases unless the name says otherwise, and play on any European console. An American or Japanese release won’t simply play on a European console. Exceptions and the region of each copy are listed on the product page.
