What you can expect when you order from here, in short:
- Tracked PostNL parcel from the Netherlands: ₪125.19 for 1-3 games, ₪187.86 for a console or 4+ items — delivered in 8-15 business days.
- Israel is outside the EU. If the goods in your parcel are worth US$75 or less, you pay nothing: personal imports up to that value are exempt, and shipping does not count towards it. From US$75 up to US$500, customs duty is waived but Israel charges 18% VAT (and purchase tax where it applies), collected by Israel Post before delivery together with a handling fee. Above US$500 the parcel is treated as a regular import, and customs duty and purchase tax can be added. Parcels from the same sender within 72 hours count together. None of this is included in the price at checkout.
- You pay in Israeli shekels — Credit card or PayPal. The amount at checkout is what your card or PayPal is charged, at our fixed shop rate; your bank converts nothing.
- 30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.
- Our games are European PAL editions. Consoles from Europe, the US and Japan are all in use in Israel, and region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES) only start a European game on a European console.
