- New Zealand is outside the EU. Orders up to NZ$1,000 are not charged GST or duty at the border: we are not registered for New Zealand GST, so nothing is added — Customs may only apply a small import levy of a few dollars per consignment. Above NZ$1,000, New Zealand Customs charges 15% GST (plus duty where it applies) and an import entry fee, collected before delivery. None of this is included in the price at checkout.
- You pay in New Zealand dollars — Credit card or PayPal. The amount at checkout is what your card or PayPal is charged, at our fixed shop rate; your bank converts nothing.
- 30 days to return, to our address in the Netherlands. Mark the customs form of the return parcel “returned goods”, so no Dutch import tax is charged.
- Our games are European PAL editions. Australia and New Zealand share that Nintendo region with Europe, so they run on local consoles — including the region-locked systems (3DS, Wii, Wii U, GameCube, N64, SNES, NES). Game Boy, DS, Switch, PS4 and PS5 are region-free anyway.

Will this work on my console?
Region-locked, from the PAL/NTSC era: our copies are European PAL releases unless the name says otherwise, and play on any European console. An American or Japanese release won’t simply play on a European console. Exceptions and the region of each copy are listed on the product page.
Does saving still work?
